Here’s How to Make a Great Shake



BASIC BEVERLY PROTEIN SHAKE
Directions:
1. Pour cold water in blender (or milk if stated in the recipe)
2. Add any additional liquids
3. Add ice cubes to the blender
4. Add any additional ingredients (other than protein powder)
5. Add stated amount of Beverly Protein Powder
6. Blend all the ingredients till thoroughly mixed

RECOMMENDED SHAKERS OR BLENDERS



Use 8 oz. (1 cup) liquid for each scoop of protein that you use. For a thicker consistency, use less liquid.
For a thinner consistency, add a little more liquid.

OLD SCHOOL BASIC SHAKE
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • 8 oz. milk or water
  • 1 scoop Ultimate Muscle Protein (any flavor)
  • 1 banana (frozen is great, but make sure to peel it before putting it into freezer)


LISTING OF MOST WIDELY USED OPTIONAL PROTEIN SHAKE INGREDIENTS**
  • Fresh or frozen fruit
  • Oatmeal
  • Sugar-free Jell-O pudding mix (look for individual serving size packets)
  • Fiber–ground flax seed
  • Psyllium husks (example. Fiberlyze)
